Who's the guy on the black Cube with half-face helmet?

I overtook some dude this morning, filtered through a queue of traffic and stopped at the front (light was red, peds crossing). I think this dude shouted "WHOAH! HOLD IT!" at me, presumably because he a) thinks he's the cycling police and b) thought I was going to go through the red. Does anyone know who he is? I would like to apologise to him for making him think I was going to commit a crime.

Whats a half face helmet? i've heard of open face and full face. Do you get to pick which half of your face is protected?

if he looks like street hawk and rides a crazy big gear, his name is craig. he wears that helmet cuz he had an accident and it broke his jaw bone.

Yeah I really like open face helmets. Probably something to do with seeing dirt jumpers like Curtis Last wearing them, when I was younger.

TBF it might not even have been him that shouted 'hold it' but I don't know who else it could have been. I wonder if he would have chased me if I'd gone through the red. I think he would have caught me pretty easily, he's fast.
