  • If its apps you're talking about, not all are on the market, and if you want them,
    you'd have to go to the maker's website (in some cases) to get it from them directly.

    3 months insurance for free? Does that mean you start paying the insurance from the 4th month, till end of contract?

    Because then the maker doesn't have to pay Google a share of the profits for being in the Market.

    There are several sources to get Android apps from, and not just Android Market and Appbrain.

    Its okay if buying from a reputable maker, but NOT from an unknown one, as it could be malware.

    Ah I see. Well I just installed Appbrain, synced up the accounts and Angry Birds was added to the list. Now I click install and it says "The requested item could not be found".

    What gives?

    Yeah till the end of the contract from the 4th month, and when it comes to the end of the 3rd month I can either keep the insurance or decide not to.
