It's dull stuff for potential advertisers because we will have an advert slot on the newly designed site and so I am supposed to provide this info.
I was using Alexa to get the data as they make best guess rubbish and I wasn't sure I cared deeply about it being accurate, but it seems people are of the opinion that I should just ask and it should at least be more accurate: http://www.lfgss.com/thread48958-10.html#post1632677
