  • ^ I thought everyone who'd ever tried to find the cheapest fuji track on offer via google knew that... so annoying when you see £240something only to find out its the 42 650c version ;)

  • :)

  • at 6ft2, i dont look at bikes for little people, silly me

  • My baby Fuji in its current guise. Love dicking around on this thing.

  • anyone know what the clamp size is on a fuji track 08 standard stem? would like to stick some risers on for a couple of weeks and don't know if I need to order the oversized mtb bars or the bmx size.

    thank you.

  • 26.0 according to google

  • Hmmm - ok - i thought there was only 22.2 (bmx) and 25.4 (mtb) shows what I know! Im assuming a set of 25.4's will fit...

  • Yes, but you will need a shim

  • it's 25.4

  • Er - back to the topic. Just rode one of these today and I have to say that it felt real nice. Also, in regards to sizing, it seems like their sizing is standard, despite what measurement they use to arrive at the different sizes. My 14 build fixie and carbon racer are both 56cm, and after riding the bike today I have established that I am a 56 on this bike as well.

Bought one online about 2 hours ago for £540. A cheap bike compared to my other builds but I am very excited about it. Gonna strip it down and put some wicked parts on it over the next few months

  • If anyone has a fuji track for sale in a 56 drop me a PM

  • The last few weeks I've been riding my fuji track classic I've noticed it intermittently feels like I'm pushing a much bigger gear than I am (49/19), i.e. there's a lot of unexpected resistance. Any ideas what this might be? I've checked all of the obvious things..my brake isn't rubbing, the wheels look true, and the chain tension seems fine.

Could it be something to do with the bottom bracket or the bearings in the hub? It almost feels like riding on really flat tires, and I notice especially when pulling away at traffic lights etc. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

  • crappy tires?

My awesome fork! You kept the stickers :-)

  • Yep, I guess it could be crappy tires as they're the stock ones. Could they really have such a significant effect?!

  • what forks ?? they look nice good and sturdy

    i love my fuji la

  • My awesome fork! You kept the stickers :-)

Yep! Always thought they could take a beating but they only clear 25mm. Could squeeze a 28 in but i'd probably end up on my face!
Stickers = street cred = win btw.

  • They fit a 28c Vittoria Randonneur no problem. The clearance is perfect, it's as if the fork was made to fit this tyre.

  • Hey did somebody managed to get off the ugly "classic" decal on Fuji classic track? It's really ugly :)

  • Anyone want a Fuji Track fork for a few quid?
Mine's laying around and will go into eternal storage when I move if its still here next week.

  • This is my baby btw

changed seat, bars, clips, front wheel (FIR rim + campagnolo veloce hub)
