ha ha - splitting is a pain in the arse, undoubtedly. i just like to get in there and bamboozle you.
how about you split, sell what you can and then i'll buy all the other stuff at our staff discount minus 15.3%, but you sign to agree to buy them back at -15% if, within 18 months I haven't sold them for at least 11.5% (ex vat.) profit?
