I read somewhere once (it could have been the back of a toilet door) that simulating a fever can help. So if I feel a cold coming I go and sit in a sauna with some water for as long as I can. Don't know if it works but I haven had to take a (genuine) day off sick in a while

Hot and humid atmospheres are the best environments in which to encourage the spread of cold viruses (virii?)
Can you please tell me which sauna you use so that I can make sure I never go anywhere near it? TIA
