I might have ... depends how I felt at the time. It really depends how bothered I was.
As a customer you have a responsiblilty not to be a wanker as much as I have a responsibility to do my job.
If you are nice to people... people are nice back ... works a treat. Simple please and thankyou will make me bend over backwords to help you ... complaining to me about something I can't control will make me wish you were dead... Empathy all round works well.

But as a customer, you pay for something you expect it done. As a customer paying is the key. If you believe that the customer has a responsibility more than payment for a good or service you are sorely mistaken. If you feel by threatening behavoiur makes you have the superior in the hierachy maybe its time you found employment not dealing with people.
