I might have ... depends how I felt at the time. It really depends how bothered I was.
As a customer you have a responsiblilty not to be a wanker as much as I have a responsibility to do my job.
If you are nice to people... people are nice back ... works a treat. Simple please and thankyou will make me bend over backwords to help you ... complaining to me about something I can't control will make me wish you were dead... Empathy ... all round works well.
