When I worked in a bar the amount of people that just said "I'll have a beer" was astounding.
Even now when I work in a burrito take-away, there's quite a bit of choice of which kind of burrito you want, fillings etc, yet people still walk up to me and say "I'll have a burrito" then look as if the order is done and wait for you to make it,
