thanks tester, but not sure I understand the 60x48 size, do you mean + a 150mm stem? I'm 5'11 with a 33" and a bit inseam. My arms are thin but not noticably out of proportion (at least I dont think so)

you speak of square when the top tube and the seat tube are of the same lenght, that is quite common
60cm is the seat tube 48cm is the top tube mean that your legs are very long and your arms very short
