I need to increase the internal diameter of my freewheel tool so that it fits over my hub axle, it looks to need 1.5mm of metal removed. There's no suitable alternative that I can buy, so I'm in desperate need of a metal workers help. What I have:
I've tried filing it and I don't seem to be making any progress (barely marked the metal finish). Any help would be much appreciated...
