Just an observation- I normally ride a 58cm (I'm 6'2") and the way these frames size up I ride a 62cm.
Mine is the Fuji Track Pro from a couple of years ago (possibly now the Fuji Track Comp?), so take this with a pinch of salt- but I'd advise a test ride.
I reckon this will come up as a 56cm, basically.
