you nedd some of these -

but you can make older hurret band ones work - ideally the type that bolt goes into - not the captive bolt type (ie. the band has the female side)
i've set up hurret ones in both types with shimano indexed downtubes to update the gears on older frames. i'll have a look see if i have a single side one that'll reach (you may have to file down the silver washer and use a different bolt)

That would be great, cheers.

here - you'll almost certainly have to use one of these bolts due to the imperial thread on the band on. if the smallest one fits - great - looks nice with the loop on...(but one of the others will fit) i'll send the lever bit along too and find a bolt for the bolt on clamp too.
longest bolt has slight bend but you can straighten - (put nuts on on it and grip it with clamp etc. and bend straight - should n't need that one i'd have thought anyway)you shouldn't have to cut the semi circular washer that orients the lever
5 posted if you fancy it?PM-ed with details
send me pic of it on when installed : )

If no one has an old one, anyone know anywhere online I can get one from? Had a search but no luck so far...
Cheers.
