I've had mixed experiences, to be frank they're 100% better than those tw*ts at Brick Lame Bikes (that's another story all together!). There's a couple of moody pri*ks at Tokyo fixed (namely the small japanese looking ozzie/kiwi bloke - unbelievably rude, classic "hipster" attitude - and the one english bloke) but i find the mechanic friendly and helpful as well as the black guy and the clothing bloke upstairs. The wheel building is very strong and the best price I've come across so far. I think they're getting better slowly with the basic principles of customer service as their popularity increases.
