I'm looking for a large frame as over 6'6". Is it heavy?

it is reynolds 531 so i guess it is a standard weight for that tubing. It is a large frame though so the weight is proportional

I just had a look at the details for the bike again. Am I right in saying it's actually a 59cm frame rather than 63cm?

I am sorry my total mistake. the top tube is 59cm and the seat tube is 63cm ctt
