HI Hilary: I am under impression they are SHIMANO 105 CLIPLESS PEDALS using SM-SH10 cleats, £10 SPD-SL Pedals. If not then its the : SHIMANO SPD-L ROAD PEDALS, no cleats, scruffy, £7 that will work ? please let me know whats correct - appreciate your clarity -
