Hi Loic :)
I'm the one who was supposed to move in but got stuck with the letting agency... Sigh...Hi Benjamin...
Yes it's a shame, that was all perfect on all grounds, you having already such a good relation with the flatmates! Once again, I will keep you informed as promised. So far, I've only talked to people who are interested but still need to see the room, meet Gurkan and Elias, and confirm with their personnal situation, so nothing firmed-up as I said to you earlier on the phone... One guy from Goldsmith college called just after we spoke, but he needs to call me back, but that's it really. One pm so far from the forum this afternoon, but for the smaller room. I'll speak to Gurkan when he's back whenever that is and we can assess the situation again...

Hi all,
~~The larger bedroom that I advertised here few weeks ago is for rent again because the person we found is struggling with the letting agency ~~ (NOW SORTED - I HOPE) : they are quite strict and if you are not full time employed (student, etc...) they require that you have garantor full time employed, based in the UK, and who has passed their 3 month trial period at their work... We've just been thru this, they are a pain and will not bend the rule... So basically if you are interested, please keep that in mind.
**So back to the rooms... *(ONLY THE SMALL ONE IS STILL AVAILABLE)*
~~*1/* The double bedroom is now for rent again, rent is £255 per month.. here the "copy and paste" more or less of the previous add I posted:
I am moving out my house in New Cross soon, and my flatmates are looking for someone to replace me... They are very bicycle friendly, and they have been very patient with me and all my bicycles all over the place, so you don't have to worry about that... There is a garden shed where I keep my bike(s), which is a plus.
Bedroom is good size. Very quiet residential street with nice neighbours. Garden is really nice in the summer.
I've been living there for nearly 5 years, with the same flatmates who have became good friends of mine, everything flows very nicely, good house sharing spirit!
Room will be available third week of august.~~
*2/* In addition to that double bedroom another room will also be available in the same house from september. It is a small single bedroom, and the rent per month is £175 per month. Everything else is as per room described above.
Please contact me by PM if you are interested and need further info. What we've tried in the past is to arrange for people who are interested to visit on the same evening, every half hour, to see the house of course and meet the flatmates, which is as important as you guys will have to live together... But as I said the are very easy going people and good friends...
Another important thing: the landlord who lives abroad at the moment just let us know that he intends to move back to the property arround spring 2011, so rooms are only available for like 10-11 month...
Thanks in advance!
Loic
