Every DIY shop has special nuts M5 for that purpose.
When 1st LOOK pedals came out, no shoe was prepared.
So, together with each set of pedals, you got 2 cleats, bolts, washers and 6 of these nuts. Besides that, a drilling template.
Just insert these into your shoe soles from the inside.
Use a hammer to fix them.
Oh, before I forget...
For EU size 42-2/3 this doesn't work.
