A nice balanced argument there :-)
Miche similar? Not really.

My records have been fine so far mike. I used a torque wrench to put them on though ;)

I fucking love my Record cranks. They are things of beauty, Sugino 75s are not.

I have to say Jaygee has a point. 75s look nicer.

I like squarer and functional as opposed to curvy and functional. Both should be installed using a torque wrench*
*or tight as fnck

Catalogue shots are not real life. In the flesh the Campags are more better

Until they break, like Mike's did.

Probably user error. Incorrect installation. Campagnolo products never just 'break'. They are made by artisans in a small Italian workshop.

Hehehe... :]

Do you reckon we've derailed this thread enough? This poor fucker will never get any cranks at this rate

Free bumps innit

Anyway, I have my lockring, so I can finally install my replacement Campagnolo cassette which broke unexpectedly. Does riding up a hill count as user error?

Glad to hear it :)
I used my profound mechanical skillz to guess the correct torque when I fitted them. The same skillz I used to fit the 75s and master cranks and both are still 100% intact -

Yeah. There aren't any hills in Italy

Rome is built on 7 hills.

Rome wasn't built in a day.

Jesus could have built Rome in a day

He was a carpenter, he'd have had to sub in some other trades to help, surely?
Campy record chainset with single chainring wanted may consider other similar alternatives Miche etc
what you got Wayne??
