Im kinda thinking about that cougar. I have a geared 54cm bike that is already slightly too long for me to ride drops. I could get this, stick all the parts on it.

And turn my other frame into a 'fixyskidarr' with risers.

If I put bull horns on the cougar, theres a chance it will fit better than my current setup.

Do it. That frame deserves to be built up nicely.

Make sure your legs are long enough though, you're supposed to have a good bit of post sticking out the top of the extended ST.

Would it work as a road bike? I'd imagine it'd be too low unless you fuck with the stem height which would ruin it.
