Interestingly (going back to the conversation a few pages back) whereas normally I snipe at the last second this time I set a max bid. I got it for a lot less than my max bid (which was £46), though I did up it by a few quid with a few hours to go.

doesn't sound like a bargain to me. I once won a set built for £150.
