Not a designer, that's for sure. Royal Blue doesn't go with Prussian Blue 294.

Thanks everyone for their interest - the bike is now off the market.
Engineer not architect, I confess I was attracted more by the effing great arrow pointing to the item of interest.
There are too many slightly different shades of blue on frame/forks/brakes for my liking. Is it Pantone 292c.

New rear rim (as in unridden) built up by Tim at Sideways Cycles (if you have to ask...) Not the one in the pics which was 699c and couldn't hold a tyre.
Can be seen in Preston, or I can arrange a meet up in London of an evening if given enough notice to bring it down to my digs over a weekend.
