mh, still interestet to see what handycap he has to manage. If the person miss a arm than should a prothese work it out? Only know a guy who is riding with a crippled hand. All he has to do was to bring the brake lever more up. So do not ask me I am not into paralympics. Someone has the link to it for more information?
And the other thing: Nothing brave if you only ride roadcyle for tours where you have to go form the center of town and so on. I leave this funny behavior to the doucheratis and fakenger of the world. And even if I would go with a track bike on city streets I would keep it oldschool:
