As long as I am able to walk...
No right hand levers suggests that's adapted for disabilities other than lower limb
I do not see what purpose it has to ride a trike, except from not unlocking the cleats while you wait at the traffic lights.
Do you unclip at traffic lights? It's quite brave to admit that you can't do track stands on a fixed gear forum.

I can track stand for well over two minutes, easily, but don't do it at lights because it means I don't focus enough on what's going on around me, and with high gearing it's hard to get in a position where you're not 3mm away from traffic and your pedals are horizontal.
Also, the trike has a freewheel, and TRACKstanding isn't done much on road bikes, is it ? -

mh, still interestet to see what handycap he has to manage. If the person miss a arm than should a prothese work it out? Only know a guy who is riding with a crippled hand. All he has to do was to bring the brake lever more up. So do not ask me I am not into paralympics. Someone has the link to it for more information?
And the other thing: Nothing brave if you only ride roadcyle for tours where you have to go form the center of town and so on. I leave this funny behavior to the doucheratis and fakenger of the world. And even if I would go with a track bike on city streets I would keep it oldschool:

they all trackstand on road bikes
also trials riders on a freewheel do it
sounds like you need to work on your track standing if you cannot look around and observe whilst doing it
also you can just jump the rear end up and then level the pedals before it hits the ground on a fixed wheel bike

@dancing James: Ah, no, realy? Never saw something like it. It's just plain stupid to say I do a trackstand with my roadcycle. For me a trackstand will be terminated by having a) a track cylce b) being on a track. Everything else is something douchy.
No matter if they can or not, on MTB, Cross or hillbilly, this can be a fucking interesting diskussion... :D
@erik: guess the frame is hanging there to fotograph the studio?

Yeah it is for bombsquad trackstanding!

If that's the only problem you can pick with it I'd say not to bother...because that frame and the rest of their bikes look really nice IMO.

"
Track StandThe act of balancing motionless on a bicycle. This is done most easily on a fixed-gear bicycle. The rider turns the front wheel to about a 45 degree angle and balances with the cranks horizontal. So the wheel can be brought back to straight ahead even if there is toe clip overlap, the crank on the side toward which the bicycle is steered faces forward, If the bicycle starts to lean to that side, a slight forward movement of the cranks will bring the tires back under the rider's center of gravity. If the bicycle leans the other way, rolling backward will correct the lean. This is the same action as putting more weight on the left leg to avoid falling to the left, and vice versa, but it takes some practice and it is easier with a low gear. The Guinness Book of World Records once had a category for the slowest bicycle ride, but further entries were disallowed after cyclist Dave Steed held a track stand for 9 hours. It has been reported that he later held one for 24 hours and 6 minutes.
On the banking of the [track](http://www.sheldonbrown.com/gloss_tp-z.html#track), where races are run counterclockwise, the front wheel is usually turned to the right. It is possible to do a track stand on a [freewheel](http://www.sheldonbrown.com/gloss_e-f.html#freewheel)-equipped bicycle if the front wheel is pointed up a sloping section of road -- so, on a crowned road in right-side driving countries, the front wheel is turned to the left. The technique must be learned separately each way.
A cyclist who has learned both ways can ride a fixed-gear bicycle backwards, switching between a right-side track stand and a left-side track stand. The great Major Taylor once won a match sprint race in this way, by backpedaling a half turn to get behind the other racer for the final sprint to the finish. Following this, the tactic was banned, though track stands are still permitted in match sprints."
for trials riders the track stand is one of their basic skills
http://www.trashzen.com/balance-trackstand.php
in a Trackstand
In biketrial, the trackstand is the invisible technique that gives trials riders their stability when concentrating for a move. The whole purpose of the trackstand is to secure yourself in a stable position so that you can look around, breath, or rest your arms, while staying on the bike even in the middle of a zone. There is the free trackstand before zone entry, and the locked trackstand with the front wheel pushing against an obstacle in the zone.so are all trials riders "douchy"

It is a trial stand then. :D
And do not ask me such general questions. Decide for your self, if you can. But in general I can answer: Guess there will be some douchy trialer. And if you call for sheldon or not, it does not change the fact that the "track stand" came from a sport which is using track frames on a track constructed for it.
In this order
-track stand
trial stand:

"problem"? It is actually dissapointing, amazing paint/chrome job, just lush! Half an hour with a die grinder/mini belt sander could have sorted this before it went to be finished. I could maybe understand if they were flushed out tig welds but they are not, its fillet brazing.

+1 it's a shame, seems odd the rest is to such a high standard as well...
