The strap is very comfortable and very simple to adjust with one hand, it holds a suprising amount. Been riding with my rummy in the rain this week and it's been good as gold. The only thing I would probably change on it would be to split the front pocket flap, so it's easier to get to one pocket at a time.
I have a chrome backpack too and I fucking love it, apart from the over the shoulder visibility issues - which you get used to eventually.
I like the expandability of the MW ones though.
