  • we definitely need a list!

general murmurings in brum seem to be 1-2 teams are up for it...

  • I'm up for this, but need confirmation from other players.

    in

  • I'm torn, it's my Birthday weekend.

I like "Dame Emily" park. That's just cool.
I dislike being away from London that weekend.

  • For the day.

  • Busy on 12th otherwise I'd be there

  • I've already said i'm in. Happy to get team together...

  • Nothing meaner than the Deaner. Big up the DLH.

    1. 3
    2. Cam, James and Josh
  • Shit, you're actually using it.

Emmet gave me dibs on that!

    1. 3
  • you could use 'Three', which is better.

    or Talking Mallet Heads

  • Sucker. Shirts are already being printed.

  • Dino's might be making an appearence.

  • Shame I'm starting a new job the day after this, I'd be well up for this otherwise... Be good to see some of my long-lost Brizzle buddies and get cider-fucked... :[

  • How much is train with bike? Or bus with bike? My google-fu is weak on this one.

Got back on the (non-polo) steed for the first time today. Manageable... but still not ready to commit just yet...

  • How do people register, start a list here?

Send an email to bs3polo@gmail.com . The blogspot will have a list of all teams registered and any info will also be there, at the moment there is little to read other than location and start time but as we find our feet with this info will be added.

I suspect we will have circle format to start with and then have a single elim for the 8 best performing teams.

  • 2 registered teams so far

Keep an eye on the list here: http://bs3polo.blogspot.com/

  • I'll be there after my alleycat. A few of us are planning on car sharing to come over.

Do we need to organise teams? We always play as throw-ins here in Cardiff

At this stage you can just enter as Cardiff #1, Cardiff #2 at this point and then decide team names and players later up until the day before. It's more about knowing number of entries. Email entries to bs3polo@gmail.com

  • Ah, cool. We were discussing funky names this week

    1. Three
    2. Cam, James and Josh
  • Come on London, reprezent!

(note: I cannot make this tourney)

  • Can we have an argument/discussion on which rule set to follow and where I can link/cut/paste the rule set from? Following Berlin and the London open I'm confused over the ball joint rule and how the game is dealt with following a goal.

  • Is it not standard to wait until the other team have gone behind their goal to start play again? Just seems like good courtesy.

  • when you go lossing 3-0 down, there is not courtesy in the court
