My flatmate is fucking off to law school with minimal notice (end of september), and despite agreeing to live here for a year it's only been three months. This leaves me in a lurch a little. It's three months til the break clause bit kicks in on the contract and I would ideally like someone reasonable to live in her stead for at least that period.
Not really sure how to word all of this, but:
Large-ish room (it's got a big bed and wardrobe in it anyway in a 2 bed flat, big open plan living room/kitchen and a fucking massive hallway, tiny bbq + chair sized garden as well as a communal garden out the back. A mile to the velodrome, which would have been handy if winter weren't rushing towards us superquick, it's next to the cemetery if you like moody walks in wooded surrounds and there's a wicked baker and butcher and fishmonger just around the corner, as well as peckham rye park.
Plus, there's loads of room for bikes. Loads. There's three and a tandem here at the moment, and still feels sort of empty.
It'll cost you £475/mo for the pleasure chore of living with me, plus bills. Which is just leccy + cheap internets, water is covered by the building and there's no gas. on the cusp of receiving a bill atm so no idea how much that's going to hurt.
Will take photos soon, but should be around next week if anyone's curious to view, there's beers in the fridge etc. drop me a pm.
