You think? I guess that's a possibility. It's about 4 cm higher than one I tried the other day without any problem. I guess I'll just have to sell it if it is too big.

That's the size frame I take Jenny, I'm 5'11'', although I do have short legs and a long body, It does look like a nice frame.

Strange how the seller measured things like the distance from the drop outs to the brake bridge, but didn't measure the length of the seat tube.
Going to echo what the others have said, that it's probably going to be too big. Put some wheels on it and stand over it to see before doing anything to it. It might be worth just selling it on or trading it for a smaller one when you get it.

Jenny, if that frame is too big, rather than take it to armourtex, buy some t-cut, £4.99, polish the crikey out of the raliegh (you'll be amazed with that misty red...it will gleam...!)
and then try and sell it here or swap it for something smaller.

Yup, as predicted it's WAY too big. I was just fooling myself. By a long way. I'm a short-arse, I should have known. Hey ho.
