What?! The fact you may not get paid out is more important than ensuring your girlfriends safety whilst riding a bike you built for her?

I'm thinking about a situation where she might get hit by someone through no fault of her own and then miss out on the compensation she would need.

I'm still confident the bike is safe for her to ride with one brake and I'm yet to hear from anyone of a situation where this would not be the case.
