Not sure as to the actual frame size, Im 5'8" and it's all good for me, would probably suit someone 5'6" to about 6'.

Not worth £150 hence people asking you "£150" and offering to swap it for a fence.

Going by the price of a single fence panel, I'd say good price would be £70. This is only based on manuka's evaluation.

I would like to think it's worth a little more than £70, for starters it has over £100 worth of relatively new parts, but granted £150 may be a little steep. I am open to offers though so if people are interested then make me an offer, like I said it has to go.

That's a man who really know his fencing. Could you advise on which is stronger for fence posts, concrete footings, or those metal spikes you drive in the ground?
