oh jesus don't get me started, I'm in the process of moving and selling my flat.

Ben - My rental is through Townends too, they are utter fucking cunts - if you look at independant rating sites most people seem to agree.
I have the joy of inventory next Wednesday - where I will be even more anal that they are.
