The scissors are great.
You're looking for something with about a 400mm axle/crown measurement to try and keep your bike's geometry the same. Most of the MTB rigids are for suspension corrected geometry and so are 420 or 440mm long.
You may have issues barspinning big tires on that small frame though. What size tires do you run?
