I don't know you well Scott, ive only met you q couple if times and and i even expected this thread. Even so, clicking on the link I felt my heart skip a beat, selling this for you must be close to selling you most treasured "thing", but if it's what you need to do then good luck, I hope it's the start of brighter times for you.
