nice bike, just priced out by the steady flow of sexy cheap concordes from holland I guess
to be honest, it's not really that either, you are asking 400/350/300 for a bike you could buy (without searching to hard for) for less that a hundred quid...or a bit more if you you were unlucky..
It's just not good value for money and the oen thing this forum is known for is it's self policing attitude towards the pricing of parts and bikes, alot of people come on here thinking they can throw together a bike and sell it for £400...which is rather short sighted of them.
That you have put time and effort into this bike is neither here nor there in a forum of people that could strip a bike and rebuild it in 4 hours...
so that leaves the parts...
A frame ...£70
105/Exage secondhand group..£80
wheels...£60.
bars/bartape/sundries ...£40
and I have given you the better price on most of that,
thats still £250...which is the top end for such an unremarkable bike.
and the fact you put the seat post in the wrong way round wouldn't initially give people the confidence to buy a bike you rebuilt for them?
I hate to be so blunt but there have been a few bikes lately wildly over priced.
