Democracy is a wonderful idea, but then the will of the "people" can land you with the con-dems and the like.
So far the moderators seem to be doing quite well as an oligarchy, and as DJ pointed out the forum is Velocio's. Nhatt, what is it about the current warned then banned system that you feel doesn't work? Not tough enough?
