There is a twat.
The twat decided to post a sale add using the OP's photo and then dick him around.
They sent the email responce just to fuck with him. It's not hard to find out Johnny has/had a Vivalo.
My 2p is that the person who stole it, or their mate, spotted this thread and decided they'd fuck about with the OP.
