Who is the wanker here? The cyclist - Not only was he riding like a dick, but he should have been able to anticipate the man stepping out and only looking in the direction of traffic flow, as it's one way road - the fact that he wasn't using the 'crosswalk' is inconsequential, as even if it had been on one the cyclist would most likely still have hit him
