Paypal Questions - Help, Disputes, Transfer Money

I have a bunch of money - fuck I am pissed and everyword I have to keep backspacing on ! - I have some money in Paypal, 3 or 4 thousand dollars from stock footage I sell on stock footage websites, but can't get it out because of some mo' fo 'money laundering hirseshit they run passed me every year (really I am not joking - 'money landering(

I gave up trying to sort it out years ago - so I have this accumilating bunch of money from a money making idea I abadoned years ago alway building up (I reckon its 3 or 4 thousand US at the moment) and i seemingly have no way of getting to it.
