I know, I'm pathetic, but this is no RD-7400 rear mech.
RD-7400 has no hidden P-bolt (the lower of the two the upper is a B-bolt).
This is either a RD-7401 or RD-7402. Check the stamping on the backside.
Not that it makes a lot of difference but some collectors are very picky. ;-) -
