I emailed the organisers of the skyride asking if we could have an official bike polo prescence. The message got passed along to the council who have said they are happy to allocate a space at calthorpe park (as the route of the main ride passes there).
Im supposed to reply with details of the space we need to "display". I think we can choose something other than the basketball court if we like, like the side of the park near pershore road. Im probably the worst person to be overseeing this polo deal, if its going to happen its gonna need you lot who can actually play. All the mallets, cones and such. And if were doing it outside the court, then some kind of barriers perhaps to stop the ball.
