Harper road, it's the other side of borough high street from where the euro's last year were. If you go to borough high street tube or London bridge station and head south down borough high street harper roads just before it turns into newington causeway, take a left and the parks on your right. If you are coming from elephant and castle head north up newington causeway and reverse the above description! :)
