OK all wheels come with 18t sprockets as standard. The hubs are fixed and free. I use fixed and free on the track with two fixed hubs.
Yes can do the above with a 40mm rim.
Add £25 for tyres and tubes.
Spoke pattern no problem..most common is three cross on both or three cross on rear and radial front....
