IMHO ring the Police Crime Desk on the Slim4130 thread and get a crime reference, and gather together as much evidence as you can- pm's from here/e-mails/his Pay Pal account and or Bank Account.
If you say what efforts you've made to contact him by pm/mail/phone it helps.
Its misrepresentation- that was the classification advised by the Police on the call back from placing the record on the Crime number.
I was successful in getting my stuff- £300 worth, although the chain was missing and so was the apology matey so profusely offered kind Mr Plod to give me.
