can see that one, I rode through Arran 2 weeks ago, beautiful,
they call it Scotland in one country, top third is mountainous, middle lesso and bottom third lowlands. Most likely catch the ferry from Brodick, tiny island! should be lovely anyway.
Keith, hes doing some new work, think one session is called 'diving, catching, falling' .....
so lots of acro-style yoga although he wouldnt like me using that name ( that whole thrust of American acro yoga can get too showy and superficial)
