If its made properly with espresso and amaretto in it you should get a nice pleasant pick-up with all the sugar and caffeine. mmm

in Autumn I make this awesome wild mushroom stew with dark muscavado sugar, red wine and loads of coriander, all the sugar and wine gives a lovely mellow feeling of well being.
