Track and it does need a new coat of paint and might go for the Ti-Raleigh look if I get my hands on it. It's one of those bike which you grew up always wanting one but couldn't afford it then.
I am also trekking down a Cinelli track bike which was a permanent fixture at my LBS and subsequently sold for peanuts when I was away. It was used as a training bike by one of the Commonwealth teams.
A long long long shot and it was full Cinelli/Campy with the old school steel stem (without a lock bolt with a clamp on the fork threads holding it it place) and very sought after LA bars (chopped). Little sketchy about it's current whereabouts, but it was sold to a former pro racer.

Benjamin
Track or road?
My current project is a Raleigh track, it's at BJs getting resprayed. Can't wait to get it back... it's been a long process already.
