since he's already been exposed as a dick, i would also point out that a pair of hubs that have been laced up and used for time trials racing, then delaced and shined up are not "mint" or "like out of the box". they're used hubs.
i'd never relace a pair of hubs without seeing how they were relaced the first time. and i'd never buy a used pair of hubs without being able to inspect their wear in person.
