Why exactly are you unhappy with your weight cliveo?
This is a total cliche/rhetoric by now. But arbitary weight loss is kind of meaningless and often unhealthy.
If you want to keep things like your diet the same, you really do have to increase output. Temporary guilt ridden dieting and treadmill binging is no fun and not sustainable.
You need to find long term lifestyle changes which are not only sustainable, but things which will enhance your life by being fun.
In terms of evolutionary biology, we are not physically or mentally "normal" without doing gruelling physical work every day. It keeps us physically & emotionally healthy.
You need to find something to fill this criteria, a personal challenge you can grow & improve at.
I love this thread. Skinny people who have never binged nor waddled telling me how to lose weight.
At present I am two and a half stone more than I was this time last year and very unhappy about it.
Perhaps what I need to do it to give you all lessons on how to chubby up.
