  • Well, I have been weighing myself every day with the Magic Scales of Impedance, and either they are complete tosh, or they only measure visceral/intra-muscular fat.

    They assure me that I have stayed on 19% body fat +/- 0.5%.

    My weight has stayed constant at approximately 82 kg +/- 1kg.

    I've lost two inches from around my waist, and have bulked up chest/back/arms.

    I can move more weight with my legs, but they seem to have stayed the same size.

    My hugely scientific training regime has comprised of the following:

    • Stopping drinking beer
    • Eating lots of cheese sandwiches
    • Going to the gym for approx an hour 6 days a week
    • Going running, injuring myself, waiting a couple of weeks, going running again, inuring myself, etc etc
    • Cycling to work
