I went to Galvin La Chapelle on friday night. The place itself is lovely to look at, but the food is awesome... Crab lasagne with morel sauce was too good, and surprisingly the wine list isn't mentally expensive although you can buy a bottle for £17,500...! Service was also the right side of attentive without really noticing they were there.
